Extra fees apply for pets needing special care (puppies, seniors, difficult dogs, or matted coats). For safety, we cannot accept dogs with fleas/ticks or those not current on vaccinations.

Appointment & Pick-Up Policies
No-Show Fee: A fee will be charged for any missed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Pick-Up Fee: An additional fee may apply if pets are not picked up within one hour of the time you are notified that grooming is complete.
After-Hours Pick-Up Fee: A fee will be applied for any pets picked up after business hours. Please note that our closing time may vary, but we will always inform you of your pick-up time frame when you drop off your pet.
