Request Appointment Process

1. THE APPOINTMENT

You can book an appointment by phone, website, or social media. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a text with details and a link to fill out a client form. Please complete this before your visit so we can start your pet’s service promptly.

2. CHECK-IN

Make sure your pet has gone potty and arrives on a leash.
We’re located in a shopping center with plenty of parking.
Our staff will greet you, review your requested service, and make any necessary recommendations for your pet’s safety and comfort.

Please let us know about any medical conditions, temperament concerns, or special needs. For safety reasons, we don’t accept personal items, please take your leash and collar with you.

3. THE PROCESS

Because we work by appointment, your pet’s service begins shortly after arrival. Depending on the service, we start with a bath or pre-cut.

The groomer carefully perfects the cut, ensuring every detail is right. Service time depends on coat condition and service type. You’ll receive a call 10 to 30 minutes before your pet is ready.

Each session ends with a bit of fragrance, a bandana, and a happy, fresh pup!
We keep detailed notes for future visits.
